  2. 2. We confirm a slot
    Our team messages you on WhatsApp to schedule a 30-minute call.
  3. 3. Share a receipt sample
    Send a CSV/Excel export or 20–50 photos of paper receipts — devotee name, offering, amount, date.
  4. 4. Private sandbox provisioned
    We create a preview tenant on the Sannidhi plan, pre-loaded with your deity list and offerings.
  5. 5. Your receipts imported
    The sample is loaded as historical bills so Receipt History, Pooja Prep and Reports show familiar data.
  6. 6. Guided walkthrough (30 min)
    Screen-share: Counter Billing → EOD → Cash Counter → Reports → WhatsApp receipt → Subscriptions → ഉണ്ടിക.
  7. 7. Hands-on trial (7 days)
    The sandbox stays live so your clerks and manager can try their own transactions.
  8. 8. Decision & switch-over
    Subscribe and the sandbox is promoted to your live tenant with data retained. Otherwise the sandbox is wiped.
