Tenant isolation

Every row in the database is scoped by tenant. Row-level security policies make cross-tenant access impossible.

India data residency

All databases and backups are hosted in Indian regions. No customer data leaves the country.

Immutable audit log

Every receipt, edit, reversal and login is recorded with user, IP and timestamp. Auditors can export any window.

Role-based access

Clerk, manager, auditor and admin roles. Granular module-level permissions configurable per trust.

Encryption

TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Field-level encryption for bank, PAN and Aadhaar references.

Backups & DR

Daily encrypted backups, point-in-time restore to any minute in the last 7 days, multi-AZ failover.

Compliance roadmap

We follow the practices behind ISO 27001 and SOC 2 today, with formal certification targeted for 2026. For statutory reporting we ship templates for Kerala Devaswom Board, Tamil Nadu HR&CE and Karnataka Muzrai out of the box.
