Free trial

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment is collected until you choose to subscribe.

Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account settings. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees are non-refundable once charged.

Annual plans

If you cancel within 14 days of an annual renewal, we will refund the unused portion of the year, less a 10% administration fee.

Data export

Whether you cancel or not, you may export your data at any time in CSV/JSON. After termination, we retain encrypted backups for 30 days then permanently delete.
