Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kshethram. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your trust or organisation.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity of the users you invite. Each trust is provisioned as a separate tenant; data is isolated by row-level security policies.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Kshethram to violate Indian law, infringe on third-party rights, or store data unrelated to the lawful operation of your trust.

3. Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance in Indian Rupees. GST is charged at the applicable rate. Failure to pay may result in suspension after a 14-day grace period.

4. Data ownership

You own your data. You can export it in CSV/JSON at any time. We retain backups for 30 days after termination, after which data is permanently deleted.

5. Liability

Kshethram is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes

We will give 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms.
