Kshethram is operated for Indian temples and trusts. We collect only the data needed to run the service and never sell it.

Data we collect

• Account information you provide (name, email, phone, trust details).
• Operational data you record in the platform (receipts, donors, events, payroll).
• Technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and debugging.

How we use it

To deliver the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and send essential service notifications. Marketing emails are opt-in.

Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the service (hosting, payments, email). All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements and operate from India where possible.
